We are delighted to announce that Grevayne Properties Ltd have completed on the sale of the 29 plots at Enstone, Oxfordshire.
There were so many obstacles in the way that Rosconn’s team, assisted by our superb external resource, moved out the way on our path to success.
A planning refusal was followed by a Planning Inquiry which was allowed but then legally challenged and successfully defended by Rosconn and The Secretary of State for Housing Community and Local Government in The High Court.
At all stages our landowner clients were kept calm and relaxed, constantly reassured by Rosconn’s dedicated team that we would succeed.
